Getting ready to install the tank less water heater so I pulled the refer and while doing so found that the refer cabinet wasn't really mounted to the coach. it was basically held in place by the hardwood floor that was installed around it and the remodel oak panels that were wrapped around it when it got a face lift. I tried to shore it up but it was a lost cause so out it came. When I pulled it out there was a 1 1/2" ABS pipe connecting the platform that the refer sits on to the floor with flange's.

Was this the source for combustion air for the refer before they cut in the vented doors? Mine is an early 73.

Thanks
