I have a water leak in my coach... the floor of the rear bathroom gets pretty soaked. It is definitely not the blackwater tank / toilet. Anyone know about how these coaches are plumbed? Seems like there must be a busted pipe under the bathroom floor... What is the easiest way to access plumbing there? Thanks for any feedback!

You don't mention if the leak happens with city water, the on-board tank, or both.
In the birchaven, the water tank is under the davo/bunkbed, in front of the right rear wheel well. Water pump is in-between the tank and the back bathroom wall with the lines going through the wall to the bathroom.
The city water comes in on the left rear corner. You should be able to lift up the cover in the rear closet to inspect.

Where exactly does it get soaked? The Birchaven has plumbing running all over the place with the rear bath. If you can determine where it's the wettest, or slowest to dry out, that will help us diagnose where the leak is originating.
I had a leak in my Birchaven from inside the shower wall. Someone had cranked down on the black ABS 90 degree fitting coming out of the back of the shower faucet, and it had cracked. It was a very slow leak which made it hard to locate. I suspected the plumbing aft of the water tank - there's a lot of it, and did find a small leak from there as well.

The rear bath plumbing on a Birchaven runs from the fresh water tank under the sofa, feeds the shower, runs under the tub to the toilet, then to the lavatory, then over the generator compartment to the kitchen. The lines are easily inspected from under the vanity to the kitchen, but between the shower wall and the vanity it's more difficult.
Start tracing the water lines back from under the sofa. I can open up the passenger side exterior rear access hatch and see under the tub and access the under tub plumbing on mine, though I've heard of coaches that have a blanked off wall behind the access hatch. If you can get your eyeballs and hands under the tub it'll simplify things. If the under tub is blanked off I'd open it up. You'll pick up a little storage and be able to check on your plumbing more easily, amongst other things. Check drains as well as supply lines.
The supply lines run under the tub and under the toilet pedestal which makes visual inspection difficult. If you have access to one of those remote cameras on a flexible shaft, like the SeeSnake (or approved equal), you can snake that under the toilet pedestal from underneath the vanity.
It might be easier to turn off the water to let things dry out and then turn it back on to see what gets wet first. That should provide a general direction of flow and hopefully let you know if it's leaking from the toilet towards the tub or the tub towards the toilet.

I have identified where the leak seems to be coming from... the soggiest area is directly behind the toilet... is there a shut off valve for the toilet water? I would be content just shutting off all water that goes to the toilet...
thanks for your feedback everyone, and I hope you are enjoying your coaches this summer!
