Onan Generator troubleshooting [message #214234]

My 74 Palm Beach has a newer Onan genset installed. I know nothing about it, no manual and can't find anything on line for troubleshooting. It is a 5.5 Onan Marquis Gold model HGJAB. I think it is a 1999. It cranks but won't start. This unit is so different than the original unit I don't know where to start.

Anyone have any ideas or have a link to a troubleshooting guide? Thanks fellas.

I got the manual but it's no help. It tells how to use diagnostic codes that the genset will generate after an unwanted shutdown but I've got no codes. It just cranks but won't start.
