House battery just replaced, not lights do not work unless we are plugged
into power. Is there a breaker or "something" we need to reset now that
new battery is installed?

If the lights were previously working I'd say it's a bad battery connection. Check both ends of the ground cable. There is no main breaker switch unless your 78 is different or a PO installed one. Start at the battery and with a meter or a test light follow the voltage until you find the open circuit or a bad connection. I've had lots of bad connections from corrosion.

Get some dielectric grease. When you encounter a troublesome connection, grease it after you clean it and that should help prevent a repeat issue.

If you still have the original barrel type fuses I have found that mine are a bit touchy to get the power to flow. meaning the "springs" are clean but are getting weak. I have one circuit that if you move the fuse you then have to spend a few minutes rotating it in the holder until the lights come back on. and yes I use the dielectric grease.
it is on the list to be replaced when other more pressing things don't need doing.
will get replaced with something like this

Once you replace everything that is attached to something else. It will all be fixed.

http://www.bdub.net/wirediagrams/ download the 77/78 12 volt diagram.

You should remove the fuse holder and look at the back side. Sometimes the clips get loose at the rivet and create a high resistance or no contact at all.
You can sometimes solder the connection or if too bad just replace the whole holder. If you decide to change it you might consider using one with spade fuses.

This might seem really obvious, but sometimes it is the most obvious things that we overlook. Check to see if there is a battery cutoff switch on the house batteries, and if there is, that it is on. My PO (I think the same as your PO - Bruce T) installed a battery switch on both batteries on our coach. he is likely to have done that on yours too.
