I didn't watch the video because the grandkids are here and the baby was asleep. I THINK (but could be wrong) that it uses water from a pressure washer as a power source.
It would be very effective but also cause things to flash rust immediately...

IF all you are removing is rust, I stumbled across a U-Tube video on removing rust with a molasses and water mixture. (You can use "Feed grade Molasses" to keep the cost down.) As the only force on the panels is the pressure wash at the end, it shouldn't warp the panels. It does not remove any paint or most platings. it also will get into the nooks and crannies that would be hard to reach with a blaster. (Like the insides of a door.) You can make a tub or borrow the kids "kiddie" pool. (They say it will not hurt the pool.)

<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-gBAjEga1s>
One of the also shows a water based way of applying a zinc coating at the end of one of the videos.
If you Google "rust removal using molasses" and you'll find many other links. This is one I just found that addresses this technique and several other. <http://www.antiqueautoranch.com/montana500/adrian/rust.html>
Even with the "rust free" body of the GMC, some parts found on the GMC could use some rust removal. (GMC content)

Kerry,
I watched several videos and didn't see a pressure washer attached. I
emailed them and asked what the compressor requirements are. They use a
lot of cfm to operate that thing and I don't know if even my 2hp, 80 gal,
220 compressor could meet that requirement. I'll post their answer.

From the website:
Dustless Blasting is drastically faster than sanding and soda blasting.
Because the water reduces friction and prevents heat, there is no risk of
warping like there is with sandblasting. Additionally when the Rust
Inhibitor is used properly chlorides are completely removed, leaving a
perfect paint ready surface.
Another video claims rust free for 72 hours?

*Most cars can be fully blasted in about 2 hours, consuming 4-5 bags of
Recycled Bottle Glass, when using a 185 CFM compressor.*

They add a rust inhibitor. That information is included in one of the
write-ups I read.
