Hello forum,
Am doing overdue maintenance on rear brakes and bearings on my 76 Palm Beach. One (so far) of the rear adjusters has some damaged teeth so I am looking for a replacement.
What is the correct x-ref vehicle or part number for this? I know on some brake parts it is the Toronado, and others it is a 76 C20 pickup and yet others a Jeep Wagoneer.
PS yes I know I can order from our wonderful vendors, who supplied shoes, bearings, seals, etc. but it is Sunday and I would like to get it and finish up today. Plus, it is a cheap part and not worth the shipping costs...

Very common part. GM used this on many, many vehicles. I know that it was the same as on my 1977 Jeep Grand Cherokee and It is in a complete kit at Autozone for those that want new hardware. It happens to be for a 1976 Olds Toronado. Kit J2551 for the passenger side. Cost $8.95 (way back in 2004).
It was also used on Pontiacs and Buicks of the era.

The numbers have change over the years. AZ list part# H1530 or the drivers side and part#H1531 for the passenger side. AZ wouldn't locate the J2551 number.

Yes, the parts number has changed over the years.
The number that you list is for the adjuster screw only.
