Anthony,

What's strange about it?

I see a TH-425 with a Ragusa aluminum pan on it.

Unfortunately you are mistaken if you think that the switch pitch is strange, Olds used the same trans in the 66 & 67 Toronado along
with the 3.21 to 1 planetary gear final drive. Quite a few GMCer's have installed that package.

Some of them have installed the Caspro / Manny power drive (custom chain gears) that make the overall drive ratio 3.66 to 1?

Regards,
Rob M.

Yep!

You need the support and axle extension from the 66 & 67 Toro because the OD of the axle extension is different and you need a
couple of rings because the ID of the final drive flanges that the inner CV joints fit into are larger. Hmmmm that may be a 3.21 to
1 thing.

While not relevant to installing a Toro SP in a Olds powered GMC if you install a Caddy 500 you need the Caddy axle extension
support from the Caddy as the one out of a Toro is different than the one used in the Eldo.

Disclaimer: I'm sitting in Double Trouble having my brekky and therefore the above information is strictly from memory. I'm too lazy
to go digging through the parts I have here to verify what I've noted above. If you decide to install a SP in your GMC I'll be more
than happy to verify exactly what you need to do.

Regards,
Rob M.
