If its spam I can't really see,what they are after. I think I would reply back and ask for the location and VIN just for the hell of it.
You can give me her email and I'll do it if you want. I have an extra account just for these types of things. It gets a lot of spam so I don't care if it gets a little more.

I once got an inqury about brake kit for a corvette, ( I was selling them on the side ).
Some woman from south Africa...
she wanted EVERYTHING and the best, I knew it was a scam I could smell it.
I told her how much, something like $2500 USD and told her to wire it to me.
She had some problems, took her two weeks, then finally she said it should be available...
Next day I had the cash in hand, a big stack or $20s courtesy of Walmart, they were the only ones that could lay out $2500 for a wire transfer, she was real!
This one seems scammy but you are aware so theres not much to loose

Heck, just answer it and if it is a scam, block it for the next time
around. If it isn't, you'll have helped someone.
