So the totalled Birchhaven has been reborn as a 21-footer,
and now its time to clean up after the vandalism this past spring.
The copper thieves cut through the air-lines, thinking they were wires.
So... its an Electro-Level 1, circa 1976... with right-angle fittings.
Are these air fittings commercially available on-the-cheap?
And the plastic airlines, multi-color if possible?
Local chain suppliers (los angeles)? or easy mail-order?
Since the RV was already a total loss from months before,
Insurance didn't pay so great on the vandalism...
So we've gotta build it back cheap, or put it in storage and take it in stages!
OK, thanks again for any info, cheers
Greg

The fittings are available for any good auto part store. Also my local NAPA has then at double the normal price. They are used on truck air brakes. They also should have the air hose but maybe only in black. Colored lines are available for McMaster Carr and Jim Kanomata (Applied GMC).

Thanks Rob and Ken for the McMaster referral... They're right around the corner...

Inspired by a Jim Bounds custom cut-down

Sometimes that 2 feet makes all the difference when trying to park
around Los Angeles...!

Now its a big van, and we're working out a new floorplan...
Either way, its a nice (diversified) companion to our 26' Eleganza
