A few weeks ago I mentioned that that the new Ragusa pan I installed was leaking at the rear flange. I increased the torque by about 10% but still leaked. So I removed and inspected the pan and trans flange and could not find anything obvious that would cause the pan to leak. I then placed the pan on my cast iron table saw and with a .002" feeler gauge checked for any gaps between the flange and the table. None was found.

So I replaced the gasket with a rubber gasket I got from NAPA (the previous gasket was cork). First thing I noticed was the rubber gasket was ~ 1/3" thicker than the cork. I installed the pan with this rubber gasket and after 300+ miles no leaks.

So if anyone that has a Ragusa pan that leaks and using a cork gasket, you might want to try the rubber gasket.
