Does anyone have pics of stretching a GMC...specifically 2 feet at the rear?
A step by step guide would be better, but I doubt there are many written
manuals..<g>

Thanks...I need something to think about for the next 7 weeks.

Mike,
Are you the one that called Dale Frahm a few weeks ago? His came out nice.

Here is a link to the information that you want:

http://www.gmcmidwestclassics.org/Web%20pages/stretch.htm

Basically a step by step, just click on pics to enlarge.

John

This is better than a manual. After 30 years of reading and blathering, I
now have the option of 'pictures only' ! This is way more betterest ..<g>

I saw Dale's at Dothan and we were so impressed with his DIY work that I
was given permission from the Minister of Finance and Interior Design, to
'Have at It' if I wanted. I called him a couple of weeks ago but didn't
want to pressure the guy for pics as he said he basically just went ahead
and did it. <g>

Thanks again for the pics.

Mike, You could look on GMC Classics web site on there tech page...you'll find Linwood Arthur's stretch build there. I have that coach now (brought it up from Texas to Kelowna)..."She who must be obeyed" says "we have room for ONE coach", so the stretch is FOR SALE. Asking $29,995. but all offers will be taken seriously.

Barry Owen up in Lexington, NC had started a stretch a few years ago. I
think it was adding 2-3 feet in front of the bogies.
