in my ex royale I have 2 tanks and they have 2 columns of 4 screws to measure the liquid level.
Well in trying to repair them, 3 of them failed so I now have 3 3/8" holes in my grey tank...

Has anyone found a suitable replacement? I want to go camping this weekend!

I thought most of these were well nuts. The local Ace Hardware should have replacements -- at least temporary ones.

The ones we used to put on airplanes went by the trade name 'rivnut' and tyook a special tool to seat them:

Put on properly, they stayed real well.

Johnny,

Rivnut and Wellnuts are different animals.
Rivnuts are all metal and can even parts of structure.
Wellnuts are a rubber sleeve with a brass insert and can be counted on to have no strength at all.

I went to a local RV place and paid top dollar for well nuts Smile
I'm sure they would have been cheaper at a hardware store, but I hate driving all over town trying to save a few cents.

It seemed too simple, but they worked and I maybe overpaid $2.00, pfft

but now I (should) have working gray and black tank level sensors!

Johnny,

¿Did you ever look at what holds on your clearance and ICC lights?
