Hit it and it come up with "Search near me". or you can enter something.
When you do it shows a map with Wally's, some other big parking lots as well as highway rest areas and regular camp grounds. It doesn't seem to list Cabela's (my new favorite as they usually have a dump).
To get it just go to Google Play (I hate that name) and search for RV Parky (the url was too long to link).
I found no reference to an iPhad version, but give it a while.
