Greetings. Well, sad as it is it's time to put our 1975 Glenbrook on the market. We simply are not using it like we did when we got it. When our kids were smaller we traveled 5-6 weeks a year in it and it was fantastic. Visited most of the beaches from Acadia to Orlando. Toured the east side of Lake MI, Smoky Mts, NY, Boston, Outer Banks, even Disneyworld (liked the stainless steel sewer connections). Now with 1 kid in college and anther to follow next year we simply aren't traveling much (just got back from Myrtle Beach though) and using it once a year simply is not cost effective. Life changes I guess. More sad I suppose that the family is not the same as it was 10 years ago...

Not sure what the asking price should be - nor am I looking to make any money (we paid $14K for it). I suspect the current value to be 10K or less. Would like to hear comments/suggestions. I don't have time for random tire kickers so I will probably not list it on craigslist Smile Here are the details:

1975 Glenbrook 455
146,xxx miles
6 kw onan
aluminum wheels (rides like a dream)
3 ac's on the roof (we like it cold)
zip dee awanings on both sides
newer air bags (holds coach for over a week)
2 air compressors (mechanical and electric)
grease fittings in front hubs (saves wheel bearings)
sewer macerator (shoot your poop 25 feet out a hose, the best)
screen door
full size bed in rear (hinged)
full size hanging bunk bed in rear (can be removed, all original interior included - rear seats too)
upgraded driver and passenger seats
upgraded toilet Smile
very drivable, never stranded us, very reliable

There is always work to be done... probably needs rear brakes sometime, sewer holding tank gauge not working, electric hot water fine but engine heating of the water not working (had to bypass it a couple of years ago), mechanical compressor temperamental, windshield wiper blades need replaced (again), small leak in heavy rains (running down the inside rail again, need to regoup the rivets on drivers side I suppose)... ... ...

Any posting suggestions or comments appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jim.
