Since it's handy I'm going to go take a look at it. Not that I need
another project but maybe it's got some cool features I could
incorporate. :^)

Finally getting the AC installed on top after the new paint. Didn't
figure that would be an 8 hour project...

Doesn't everyone need at least two GMC's?

Looks to be a 1976 side bath Birchaven. From the ad, it appears to be a better buy than my 1977 Birchaven. (but most coaches look better in pictures.)

For two grand, plus the price of a new transmission (or could it be a governor or a modulator?) and what TLC it needs, it could be a "usable" 23 foot coach for a total of well less than 5 grand.
