Are the crank up vents the standard 14"X14" size? What about the Roof Air opening?

My plan is to re-seal all of the roof openings and penetrations. I want to buy all new vents for the fridge and bath vents, etc.

Since the roof is aluminum, do I just re-seal with silicone?

What kind?

Do I need to use some kind of roof coating (Snow Coat)?
