Here’s a little real world testing on oils, plus a link to GMs position.
It’s quite long cause all the people who have no real world info to
back their firmly held opinions had to attempt to ridicule the author,
sort of like the arguments we have here. Really interesting.

I didn't see a link there Gary, but in my current job, we work totally off data and not opinion. Out of 100,000 trucks, we still have about 10,000 with flat tappet engines. ZDDP is not even in the vocabulary here because it is a non event in real world usage. I doubt there is a fleet in the country that has data like we do and use it smartly.
