Hi Gary,

I don't think the PD 9140A is at fault. When you say you have never used the charge wizard, what do you mean? Plug it into the PD and watch the blinking light on the CW. It will tell you what is going on. Do a Google search if you no longer have the manual. With no other draw, the CW will charge the battery(s) fully, then go into a float mode (almost no charge), then periodically go into a shock mode to prevent sulfite buildup in the batteries then return to float mode. if you do have a draw somewhere, then the CW will go into charge mode, then float mode, then periodic shock mode. That is what I would suspect. Unplug the coach so the PD is no longer active, then remove the positive battery cable. Put a meter between the positive battery cable and the positive post on the battery to see if any current is flowing. If it is, you have a draw somewhere that needs to be found and corrected. If not, and your battery(s) still crud up, then you likely have an over water or
some other mechanical issue. Hope this helps. See you in Coos Bay in October!

Hey All;

Thanks to everyone for the great suggestions. Tuesday, I'm going to
clean the terminals until they are shiny, then spray them with something. I
have the Inteli-Power PD9140A converter. It has the charge Wizard attached.
I have never used the Charge Wizard, but I was expecting the PD9140A to
handle all of the charging needs while i have it plugged into the shore
power, but I guess it doesn't work that way (I just wish there was
something out there that would)
