Greetings GMCers... I haven't been on the list for a while, but wondering if any part-out rigs might have a good transmission shift cable for sale? Mine just snapped. Please let me know price and approximate shipping to So Cal... 90026
Thanks much!

-- There are some things that you HAVE to buy used as there isn't anyone making them new. (Or at so high a price that there isn't any way you can afford new.)
-- There are other things that you buy used just because they do not wear out and are easy to find used in good shape. (And often used is normally BETTER than new!)
-- There are some things that are NOT bought used just because you can get new, better, parts for less than the labor to remove the old part.
-- And lastly, there are some parts that SHOULD NOT be bought used due to safety reasons.
I think that a transmission shift cable falls somewhere between the last two statements.
