Picked up my beautiful original Sequoia dinette booth, table and cushions courtesy of AHamilton and 450 miles of travel. Also got a nice matching rear mattress. http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/g6149-gary-s-coach.html
The only downside is his came from a 23' coach with the dinette on the Driver's side and I'm installing in a 26' coach on the passenger side. When reversed, you have to cut out a notch for the hump and then you have a gaping hole on the backside where it was previously notched. Has anyone done this? The ends are basically all bolted together pieces. Can you switch boards around, turn them inside out etc to make verything match up? Does anyone have frame only for a 26' dinette? In retrospect, it would have been far easier to go with flexsteel dinette which I may still do since I have a set of those. They appear more comfortable, better enginereed and interchangeable from side to side. You also do not need the table to make a bed. I know I need to get off the originality kick, must come from having owned classic cars.
