I'm looking into some of the things this community has accomplished in the preservation of the GMC.

I wan't paying much attention to these developments as they don't really apply to the Revcon (although the One Ton might)

But it seems like in the time I've been hanging out here the one ton conversion went from crazy science project to a bolt-on solution.

Can some one point to some of he early conversations, or spell out the history, or identify the early developers on eaither of these upgrades?

Are there any other upgrades that have gone from shade-tree hack to problem solved?

thanks
