Gene is right, the link he cited is, indeed, busted.
For anyone who is interested:
The current link to the GMCMI handouts is now:

http://www.gmcmi.com/technical-seminar-handouts/

Notice the changes in wording. It will direct you to sign in. BUT, the
Powermaster handout is still not on the list, so it doesn't matter all
that much for that particular link. EXCEPT that that is no longer the
way to even get to the handouts.

What do you mean its not on the list?

Look down a bit and when you get to the heading Brakes you will find Powermaster.
