Many have said they wish their GMC's electrical wiring was labelled as most
of mine is. Here's a great deal on a label maker which uses the same
Brother TZ laminated label tapes I use. It requires the use of a computer
to enter the inscriptions, but with the proliferation of tablets, etc.,
that shouldn't be a big obstacle -- and adds the ability to print ANYTHING
on the label. At only $9.99, I've ordered two (the included tape is worth
almost that):

Perfect timing.
I was just about to search through the old messages for the discussion on labelers to help me dig through the jumble of cables for all the PO addon features of my coach. The mess of inops that canceled my Dothan trip.

Thanks Sandra, just got the Classics info for OKC in today's mail.

If I had been further down the road I would have tried for a fix. But since I was less than 50 miles out, just seemed to be better to put the time and money into getting it right.

I'm surprised Ken hasn't told this "label maker" story on me. The bird's nest of wires in White Trash, my former '78 Royale now owned by Ross Hallman, had me baffled. Ken and I spent more than one day tracing down wires and those were marked correctly.

When it came to work on my own, I simply marked the red wire, "Red Wire", etc. HE says I did that. I can't remember, but when Ken says "Label those wires!" I label wires. Smile

That's OK Mickey. I was most pulling Colonel Ken's chain now that he is out of the hospital and healthy.

I just got the bill for my 2.5 day prison stay it was $6400 prior to the insurance paying their part. So far I owe them $1184 and I haven't heard from the doctors yet.
