Teri and I will leave Dexter about 1 pm tomorrow. Anyone running 78 from Tupelo to Birmingham tomorrow. We will cross the river at Dyersburg and head south to Tupelo on 412 and 45.
Wishing everyone safe travels this week. Jim K. was in Houston early this afternoon. Looks like he will make it tomorrow.

Thanks, Dan, that was my plan.
But not far out of Dallas the electric crapped. I think it is mostly the alternator but there are too many unsolved electric issues. Dothan is a little far for my Sidekick towd. So no trip for me.

Sounds a bit better than my luck today, Don!
Got about 50 miles east from OKC and engine
started pinging, then lost oil pressure. It is now
sitting at a place that used to be a Stuckey's!
After getting it parked, decided to warm up the
coffee and started the Onan. After about one
minute (coffee was hot, but wife wanted hers
warmed up) Onan quit. Would start and run a
few seconds then shut down again. Found big
puddle of oil under the barbarian.
Neighbor across the street had "jokingly" said
if we broke down, he'd come get us. We did,
he did, and we're home. Will load up the Flex
and head to Dothan in the morning.
I remember the song they used to sing on HeeHaw
with words "Gloom, Despair, and Agony on Me!"
BTW, this abortion that Microsoft has turned HoTMaiL
into won't let me choose fonts now. I don't know how
it will show up on the list.
And it's unbelievably slow, too!

Were in Lafayette, LA tonight.
We should be in there Wed after lunch.
I have a small coolant leak, but my low level sensor is not working and
only the Digi panel was warning Tom.
See you all there.
