Got the coach ready for the short ride to Dothan this week. Very pleased that after 3 months of dead time, she fired on the first go helped along by some starter fluid. I used a pretty good amount of the Stabil ethanol additive in Dec when I put the coach away for the winter. It seemed to do a great job since I didn't even see any white condensation coming out of the exhaust.

Had 38 or so gallons of gasahol and 12 gallons of pure gas when I filled it up and put it away, plus the stabilizer. Fluids and filters were the name of the game today and a good check of rubber and miscellaneous trouble bolts. All came up good except one low tire and an overbuy on onan oil and filter since I forgot I had done it before our thanksgiving trip and never even used the genny. Stuff looked like it was still in the bottle.

A 40 mile run showed up only one small problem, the rostra cruise opened itself all the way up, stuck open until I hit the brake, and then never came back on. Anyone familiar with this unit going to be in Dothan? I didn't put it in, some I'm a bit wary of messing with it cold. Will check for voltage and see if I can find where it is fused and grounded, but other than that, some helpful hints would be appreciated.

Weather for Dothan is projecting downhill, sadly. But I'm looking forward to being there again.

Jeremy, I guess the "downhill weather" is all in the eyes of the beholder. I am looking at 50,60, and 70 degree forecasts with sun and a few clouds for Dothan this coming week. If you were living north of Memphis, like me, that forecast is looking really good. I hope we need air conditioning myself. It has been one long cold winter in SEMO this year.
See you this weekend.
Talked with some that have arrived today but forgot to ask about the weather.

Dan, not sure what weather you are looking at, but Dothan shows as 40% chance of rain thurs and fri, 30% sat and sun, and cooler but mostly sunny monday and tuesday. temps look good, but the rain could be steady. Those rain percentages, and the days, have been steadily creeping higher since the 10 day forecast opened up.

Jeremy, I am looking at the Accuweather app on my iphone. Even if it rains down there the temps are still looking good to me. Vendors have inside vending this time too.
See you this weekend.
Dan,
Blew the GMC out this morning, filled up with propane and fuel. We are ready to see our friends.
