Bring your handhelds. Be a good way to stay in touch and find bargains. Also, dont forget Tom has the special station going on. Just ordered a new battery for one of my dual banders, and have a dual bander on the dash of the GMC, along side of the TS 50.

Marilyn and I are always monitoring 146.52 while we travel. I do have an APRS tracker that is in her car, so you might see me that way. Occasionally, other hams are there on .52 also. The Dothan repeaters are listed in the ARRL repeater directory. The Dothan Ham Club meets for Friday lunch at a local BBQ place. I hope to go and invite them to visit us at International.
Please consider helping with the Special Event Station. The more stations that we can get on the air, the better. I've applied for a 1x1 call for the event, so that should help.
GMC content. My Ham Radio is directly connected, by heavy gauge leads to the house battery. With the isolator in place, this does not drain my engine battery. Antenna is currently mounted on the driver's side mirror mount. Not real happy with cable into coach, but it does work.
