The drivers side covers the fuel filler stuff making removal tricky. So what's the trick? I've already made a small crack, it looks to me like the wall panel behind the driver, that wraps up around the drivers window. That means deconstructing more interior and drilling out the rivets for the panel. Yes, all the fasteners for the panel are undone, including the two along the front window seal and the dash connections as well.

Thanks.
Jeff
