Good afternoon,
The March 1 postmarked deadline is here! Get your registrations in today!
But do not worry....take the weekend to get them in. But not any
longer...please.
Need to make arrangements to have everything ready for your arrival.
If you are unable to attend for the entire convention, please contact
me and I can
provide a prorated convention fee for you.

Hi, Kim. My sister and her husband will visit with us in Dothan 3-24 and
3-25. They will stay in a motel, but we'd like to bring them to the ice
cream social and bingo Sunday night, maybe coffee Monday morning, and I'd
like to bring my sister to the women's event on Monday afternoon. I may
also want to take her to "Bookworms..." Sunday afternoon. Can you give me
a price for their attendance for this day and a half for them? We want
them to meet some of our GMC friends and to see what we do at our rallies.

Nope, Rob. They already thought it through and decided he was not
mechanical enough for a GMC-- about the time we bought ours. They did
travel with us in AK and mt sister loved sightseeing while sitting on her
bed (the sofa).

Hi Sandra!
Glad to hear that you sister is coming. Just have them drop on in when
they arrive to the convention office and receive a daily pass. The
first day is "free". The second day is $10.00 per person.
If there is anything else that I may assist with, just let me know.
