I get vinyl letters and logos cut for the machines I sell in batches of 25-100 depending on how business is going. Unused vinyl seems to have a shelf life. At least my older decals don't like to come off the backing paper as easy as the new ones.

Any sign shop that does vinyl can make anything you want and as much as you want.
