Purchased another onan. Wraped around it is a John Deere skidsteer model 90. Late 80,s vintage. 1400 lbs lift. Smokes a little and uses alot of fuel. Been stored inside for 20+ years.Couple of leaks of course. Sure is nice not having to shovel rock and push wheel barrows. Has anyone taken one completely apart and done a full rebuild???? looks just like the other one I,ve got,,,,,,,PL

I googled it.
Nice toy. Any Pictures?
I have a brother who has a small backhoe/front loader. Sometimes he moves dirt around, from one pile to another, just because he likes to use it. (He says he is making mountain bike trails on his flat "back yard." But we all know better.) He saw a neighbor digging some project by hand and helped him just because he could. Completed the "week long project" in 10 or 15 minutes.
Your "toy" looks like it would be even more fun.

They too are tough beasts. I went with a Kawasaki 20 water-cooled in my JD 425 as i figured that way constant temp mowing or snow blowing. Most JD lawn tractor adds with Onans say 'smokes a little on start up.' I wouldn't be too concerned as the Kaw will do it to if sitting a long time. I think of it as free prelube.
