Going just from the ad, That looks to be a very good buy.

Some nice wheels (or at least modern wheel covers) and the tail light upgrade, would really make the paint design "pop."

"Leather like" upholstery is a good change from what you would normally find in coaches in this price range.

Granted, these observations are only from pictures supplied in the ad. It might look different in person.

I would suggest finding someone local to eye-ball it before spending any money... But it could be one "hell of a buy."
