Is the special referring to the $400 system shown here?

I've been looking for just this kind of thing to do my headlight panels and to refinish my grill. Will it work?

I just read the next entry an answered my own question. But I still want to know if it would do a good job on the headlight panels and how much would I need for two panels

Reviews of some of their other products seem mixed. I'd love to see a chrome paint with good results, so we'll have to wait to see how this products turns out. I have some tail-light reflectors on another car that I'd love to 'rechrome' easily and inexpensively.
