Humm, Looks like something that Jim Bounds might have done. To me, "Marine" engine means it rotates backward but I guess it wouldn't have to.

There was a company called Dyno Sources in Sequim, Washington that did these conversions. They're also the company that built the
GMC that holds the land speed record.
