It IS a more "modern" gen set than what came in our GMC's.
BUT...
Note that this is NOT a 4k Onan Power Drawer like what came in the 23foot coaches. (And a few 26's)
Should be an "easy fit" in a 26, but would be harder for a 23.

I have a similar (though 6500 watt) Onan Emerald Plus in my GMC, and it fits just fine, though did require a fair amount of modification to the slide. The update was done by the PO (thankfully!) who tells me that it'll still slide out, but will require a floor jack. FWIW, I think this was a great upgrade - it's a LOT lighter than the old Onan, and should be a lot less finicky (so far, so good at least).
I don't think there's any way that will fit in a 23' coach's generator compartment though.
