The original subject: Aggressive Braking "changed" to Math Question.

HI FOLKS,

As I said in an earlier post, I helped Jim K Develop the Manufacturing
process of the REAR BRAKE DRUM CONTROL ARM SYSTEM which
he now owns as well as the Patent which
has been applied for.

The "advertising" video uses "selected scenes" from many test stops at
45 MPH with and without the enhancement. Jim probably picked the
extremes to tell the story. At Amana, Iowa when we first unveiled the
System we showed video of 45 & 35 MPH stops as well as G-force plots.
Every one was interested in "wheel rotation", tire circumference, and
all the visual aspects of the testing.

Based on that experience Jim K and I elected to stay with the CRUDE
measurement of revolutions after wheel lock up as the output data. You
might say I was surprised at some of the comments over the past week.

Every audience is different so I pulled out the Amana presentation
that included G-force plots at 45 MPH and 35 MPH that were gathered
during early testing. These plots give us some very accurate data.

When the stop begins the G-force show us in seconds exactly when the
forces "go negative" and when the forces returns to "zero". Knowing
the time form these two points and the FPS that we traveled, the
distance to stop can be calculated. Negative G-force Intensity was
also captured.

WATCH THE REVISED VIDEO and I hope this helps all who are interested.

When Jim K gets his " _ _ __" together he will have it on his site.
