For what it is worth, I just bought two of these. One for my home the other for a Daughters home in Florida that we visit every year.
Ebay # 350589942297
I looked around quite a bit and this was the best price I could find.
They also have 50/30/20 boxes and 50/20 boxes at what seemed like a good price.

I simply bought bought one each exterior box for 50A/250V
and for 30A/125V plus the appropriate receptacles; no
breakers included.
I had an electrician add the circuit breakers (from Lowe's
or Home Despot) to my regular distribution box and then
mount and wire the boxes on the garage wall just outside of
the master breaker box.
These two outlets (plus the entire house) can use either normal
commercial power OR an 8 kW generator through a whole-house
manual transfer switch.
With the breakers INSIDE the house, I can shut off the power
to either and/or both of the exterior RV connection boxes.
It worked just fine when we hosted Rob and Helen Mueller and
"Double Trouble" for several days last September!
