Gentlemen
I just went looking for the most recent version of the Black List to send
to Mickey. The most recent that I found was August of 2011 !!!!
Surely that is not possible and I am in error.
The Black List is the life blood of any GMCer who travels more that 100
feet. It is a source of local information, parts, tools, assistance or
referrals, and in many cases...cold beer!
You don't have to know anything, just be able to lend an ear if nothing
else. And if you do know something or have tools, all the better!
Later...and Oops...
Now that I've had my panic attack, I see that there IS a newer version !
Thank you one and all.

Even though it says updated 12/27/12 it is still not up to date.
I have been trying since Sept to getmyname off the New Mexico list and getting on the Colorado section
Water Drew of Santa Fe hasn't owned a GMC for several years and should come off the list.
Chuck Kellogg of Colorado Springs, CO died a long time back and his wife Suzie has sold the GMC.
Betty Kennedy of Loveland, CO has died and Harold has Alzheimers
They should come off the list.
I have requested all of these changes but I haven't seem an update yet with the changes.
I realize that it takes work to maintain a list like this but it could be discouraging to someone that needs help to call a lot of "no help " numbers.

Mike, Emery and all else... that Black List updates have not happened periodically and it all my fault. I have a vision problem that has kept me from doing my computer duties, first and foremost, updating the Black List. I have a list of over 25 corrections to make. I shall endeavor to get them accomplished in the next couple of weeks. The maps are the most difficult and time consuming. Please accept my apologies.

Jim
No apologies needed. Don't worry about the maps. They're of no
consequence. Easy enough for anyone to do that for themselves.
I updated what I had only a month ago. If you do the updates, download a
fresh copy and go from there.
Emery only gave me his updates on the 8th so don't jump through any hoops
for that.
I'll pick up the slack when I get time. Take care of yourself.

To keep everything set up as "the folks who do the work" are used to, use
the Member Update link at:
http://www.bdub.net/Black_List/
Direct Link: http://www.bdub.net/Black_List/update.html
These updates go to 4 different people who make sure things get done. If
you send to any one person, there is no backup in place.
Thanks

Thanks, Jim
I had completely lost track of who was now keeping the list updated.
I have other changes and I'll send them to you.
Sorry to hear of your vision problems. That must be hell. I don't know how I
could cope with it if I had sight problems
