Yes. You came use Dexron in a bind only. A little blended with power steering fluid will not cause foaming. A lot will foam. Dexron lacks the anti foaming agents that power steering fluid has. Anything that I have that has an automatic trans, in it. I change the power steering fluid at the same time with power steering fluid. Or at 50,000 miles. Put just Dexron in when changing the fluid. You'll have a mess on your hands.Bob Dunahugh
