Didn't Wes buy up the remaining inventory from Firestone after Firestone
said that they were not going to produce them anymore?

Jim,

IIRC Firestone divided up the remaining bags using their quantities purchased history.

I'm not going to say any more than that.

BTW what does JADE mean?

Regards,
Rob M.

Rob,

I'm going out on a limb here and should probably let Jim answer, but I'm pretty sure JADE stands for "Jim & Adelle DEcheine"

Not horrible, considering that a new set of bags is probably good for 20 years,
only $40 per year!

But I'm guessing at the life of the bags, does anyone know what the true life is
???

They were selling Firestones at time just after discontinuation at $300 a side. So factoring in retooling $400 is really a good price IMHO. I'm finding out retooling is extremely costly and often kills the project for an ever shrinking audience. Sad but true.

Re. the Original inventory
We showed the highest number of bags purchased for the past year along with
C.B.
So we received the final run by allocation.
I received additional as we also purchase the smaller bags for our Q Bag
system.
In addition we were selling their big air compressors.
