WOW! Wonder what price the owner of that $65,000 coach would put a price
on this one?! :-)

Norm,

Great find!

This is an interesting Avion as the owner has made some significant mods.

I started with the first large picture and made some observations which I've listed below:

Code:

:-) = Like
:-| = No opinion
:-( = Don't like

I've made this list up to help a newbie that might consider buying this unit that is not familiar with Avions.

The grill is fabulous! :-)
Rectangular headlights fitted. :-)
Updated mirrors fitted. :-)
Wind wings fitted. :-)
Windshield visor fitted. :-)
Satellite antennae fitted. :-)
The ski storage "tunnel" has been removed. :-)
Alcoa Classic wheels fitted. :-)
Stainless steel side engine compartment side vents fitted. :-)
The exterior fridge side vent has been updated. :-)
Ragusa door step fitted. :-)
Front and rear Dometic A/C's fitted. :-)
Rear bumper extended - don't know why. :-0
Spare tire cover fitted. :-)
Updated tail lights fitted. :-)
Shutoff valve on air bags fitted. :-)
Leather (?) driver and passenger seats fitted. :-)
Console with TV in between seats fitted appears to be tight squeeze to get past. :-(
Galley shortened. ;-(
Love seat removed and couch with storage fitted. :-)
Dinette removed - lost storage space. :-(
Small fold up table fitted. :-(
"Loose" chair fitted. :-(
51207 miles?
Custom cabinets above the galley fitted. ;-)
Microwave fitted above stove. ;-)
Exhaust fan fitted under microwave. ;-)
Cooktop stainless steel splash back removed. ;-(
Sink with two large bowls fitted. :-)
Large two door fridge fitted. :-)
Pantry next to entry door removed. :-(
Dresser with slide out table removed. :-(
Custom dresser between beds fitted. :-|
Beds widened. :-( Will need custom made sheets. :-(
Cabinets above beds enlarged. :-|
Wall plugs moved from side walls in middle of bed to back wall. :-)
Reading lamps under speakers fitted. :-)
Cabinet under sink doors replaced. :-|
Shower stall sprayed white. :-)

Bottom line: if this Avion is as good mechanically as it appears to be it's a good unit to consider. I reckon it's worth a hell of a
lot more than the one being offered at $65,000. Please don't misunderstand me I'm NOT saying it's worth $65 grand!

This is a real steal at the current price. This is truly a $18K to $20 K coach, really. You couldn't put this coach together for less than $40K++! It's got all the extras. The only drawback that I can see is that is still has the original solaire furnace which may or not be good. The front air is newer and it has satellite dish on top. Someone is going to get a very decent coach.

Wow, just wow.

I paid 5.5k for my coach, and I'm in for another 3k already. Tempted
to run out to AZ to grab that before I get in any deeper!

That coach is the same one that was for sale by the same dealer last January in quartzite . Go back to January 23 2012 posts and you will see more pictures. At that time he told my brother $12000 would buy it. Then he changed the price to $30000 when he saw that the Pacific Cruisers had a rally going on at Rice Ranch campground in Quartzite. I remember I had to turn sideways to get fr,om the front to the rear of the coach.

Did anyone else noticed the front cab is a different color? thought it might be the light or sun but don't think so. What do you think?

Other then that its a nice coach!

Rob,
Thought you might like this. It's being offered at no reserve. I've been in contact with the seller & she doesn't know what she's got. It sure looks like a good coach & should sell for $15 - $20,000. I'm surprised it hasn't showed up somewhere else for sale before eBay. I thought ebay was a last resort for selling something.

They ARE Alcoa wheels with covers (with fake lugnuts) over the center section.

Jim,

I spotted the blue / black Alcoa decal on the wheels. The hub caps are strange, however.

Rob - how long are the rear twins in an Avion? I know it is here somewhere, but I never have luck with searching on this site. Thanks.
