My coach came with Snake River Acu-gage tank monitors that appear to be dead. These are the capacitance type gauges with foil on the tank sides. It appears to be dead. It is a 4 tank system and any button pushed causes all lights to come on from full to empty.

Snake river will not answer the phone or return my calls and it's an older unit so I'm in the market for something else.

My fuel tank gauges work so I'm mainly interested in my fresh and blackwater tanks.

Suggestions?

The link from the forum to the email server is working, but the "logical" connection from the email side to the forum is down. So everyone will see your post, and there may be lots of replies. But the only replies you will see are the ones from the forum readers. The replies from the email subscribers won't make it to the forum.
I hope it gets fixed soon.

Kerry,
I just changed out my old style probes that were installed in 1997. They were just a rubber washer with an SS machine screw that wash inserted into the tank. I changed to these probes and I just installed them. http://www.miracleprobes.com I got both the black water and gray water probes. Both tanks now read zero which they never did. I have this monitor panel indicator. http://www.jrvproductsinc.com/tank.html JWIH

I have the monitor panel, but haven't installed the black tank probes yet. If I read the information correctly, it looks like the capacitive senders will work as well, so I don't have to drill holes into the black water tank. Is this correct?

Contact me and I will get you the help you need.
I always want to find out what it will cost so you do not overspend.
These units are very reliable as toilet paper do not get caught up on the
senders and give false readings.
We finished up on a 2 tank system on a 73 model.
35gallon black and 19 gray.
The ground clearance at the back is very good and have both the Macerater
and an manual dump available.
