A small shop at a local strip mall is occupied by See's Candies from Nov 1 until the day after Christmas. The employees include two full-time rv couples. One couple has been doing this for eight years.
As part of their training they spent three days tasting candy/chocolate...
When they leave here one couple is headed to Arizona for the balance of winter.
I am sure there are lots of holiday jobs rv folks take on -- some more interesting than others.

I have a friend (actually, an aquaintance) who is an executive recruiter who spends several months a year "working out of his motorhome".
I had the same fantasy myself (too bad my wife didn't take to camping life). As long as you have reliable phone and internet, you're "good to go".
Perhaps there are a few consultants on this forum who could speak up? You don't have to confine your thinking to minimum wage retail jobs.

Check out Workkamper. Interesting small flyer/magazine. Have to be careful of which State you are in. If site provides free spot, they want to include it's value as wages, wiping out the minimum wages paid. Between Oregon or California, I don't know which is worse.
