I have wondered about the starting it every two weeks maintenance instructions, and have paid close attention to the digi-panel temps. The engine always warms up to the normal temp.....the transmission temp lagging behind.....Being in "PARK" .  But I unlike the stereotyped man, I decided to read the instructions for a change !!!  If I am getting up to normal temp, the only downside I see is the slower warmup at faster idle, then driving under load.

Anyway, I like the short trip idea from Mike.....but WI Collector Tags do not allow driving in January, plus getting the cover on and off might prove a feat in snowy /icy conditions. Dammed if ya do ! Dammed if ya don't. Just going to have to move to Bisbee, AZ and use the poor thing year around. It looks all sad covered up under that thin blanket anyway :-(

Always .... thanks for all the help. You Guys are great !
