Reading through the fuel winterization thread reminded me of a great old upgrade for carb systems that I might like to explore; injecting Marvel Mystery Oil directly into the intake manifold. If you're unfamiliar with MMO, a quick search here at GMCnet will turn up a few good stories about this additive (not just for fuel, we used to pour it in the crankcase). We used to run it in our small business fleet back in the day when we had gas-burners, and -somewhere, somehow- we had a system made by Marvel (or at least co-branded) that put a pint jar under the hood to directly inject it. I could make another but since I'm going Retro, I wonder if anyone has seen any NOS somewhere?
