Sammy -
If the Athens thing doesn't work out, I have a rehabbable '76 PB I'm working along on.  Email me (jhbridgesatymaildotcom) and I'll give ya the gory details.  Meantime, I'm preppring to watch the Student Ath-u-letes from the Capstone demolish the Dawg Nation eleven at 4.

Coach for Sammy. Go to GMC Classics web site and look at the coach Billie Young has for sale. It is beautiful. Her Husband, Lenny was an excellent mechanic and this coach was his pride and joy. I do not what she is asking for it, but there is nothing to do to this coach but drive it.

Yup.  If he wnats an 'everything already done and new' and is willing to pay for it, there's a good one.  If he wants one for something less than a tenth of that to fix up himself, we need to talk.

Thanks, Tom.

Yes, Lanny did everything over-the-top & it's ready to roll.  List of everything he did, appraisal info, & 31 photos can be seen at:  http://www.gmcclassics.com/chatter/4sale.html

Since his death 2 years ago this month, I had custom made red oak valances installed for front windows & front door, custom red oak curtain rod for curtains behind front seats, new Ragusa step, 3 new batteries, soft mesh beige outside window covers for front & back. Hugs to Marilyn.

Sweet looking coach and I get the impression that it isn't just skin deep.

I really do not need a fourth coach, but if I had won the lottery.... Rolling Eyes

Mike,

Thank you for the kind words; that is a better link. And yes, it's more than skin deep. You & some of the other guys sound as bad as Lanny with 3 GMCs. lol

Have a 75 ex-Palm Beach, 455 starts and runs good, 75K mi, older resto, still needs refurbish. Have it in the air now, some issues but nothing bad. Thorleys and 3" exhaust. Was gonna wait till after holidays to list, but if interested, it's near Jacksonville, Fl. Looking for about $4K. Thanks
