Never mind, after a bit of Googling, I'm thinking they should be avoided.

After reading around and seeing some of the reviews I would personally avoid them on my coach. You get what you pay for.

Ol' Buck62 doesn't mind a little fear mongering does he.
I suspect they'll last 5 years and put covers over then when not in use.

Just a point after reading the link. Out of balance and out of round are two different critters. You can be in balance and still out of round just like you can be in round and out of balance.

Sir: as of otherwise.. I ran a set of these on my big truck and have no complaints.. Good ride, held air, good wear.. I didn`t know they made little tires.

Since tires are one of the few items where you can choose to buy something NOT made in China, I'd exercise that right.

That's a nice price. I've got coming - when my new wheels get here - 6 Coopers, at $1047 driveout. My guy will pick them personally, guarantees noting over 60 days old by date code. What will you hafta give for mounting, balancing, and tax? I think you're still coming out cheaper than me. Let's see how both sets hold up.

local Big O has them for around $120 each.
Does anyone here have any experience with these tires, on a GMC or
otherwise? If so, do you recommend them?

Wal-Mart is now carrying a Chinese branded tire that will fit our coaches. Correct size (LT225/r75 16) and load range E. price here is $109, plus mounting fees, etc. I'm going to try some, under the replace two at a time system. Advantage, Wal-Mart is everywhere and will honor their warranty. Over the years, I've had the typical independent tire shop refuse to honor their tire brand warranty.
I have not bought Goodyear in over 30 years, since local dealer refused to replace a defective tire under the Goodyear warranty.
I'll let the group know, after I put some miles on them.

Confirmed, "Made in U. S. A." stamped on the sidewall, and the DOT code
starts with UP, which is Cooper in Findlay, Ohio.

Sean,
The M+S indicates mud and snow, but they are more a HT tread. They should work just find.

Try a slight upgrade, from a dead stop on wet grass.
That's the real traction test.
