Seems like someone was looking for these not too long ago.
Ebay $75 each plus $100 shipping each (total $175 each). Maybe they would combine shipping.

great find - thanks for the tip - I picked 'em up. I was hoping to get some fresher ones from a handicapped van conversion, but despite the miles on the van they seem fairly clean and the price seemed reasonable.

I thought about buying them and selling mine because these had cup holders. Mine don't, and I want built-in cupholders. Transportation made it impractical.

Well, after pulling the ebay trigger on these yesterday I got a message today to call the junkyard about a "small problem" with the order. Turns out the nice pictures in the ad were taken six months ago and when they went to pull the seats to ship they discovered the windows were left open on the van and weather turned the chairs (and everything else inside) into a moldy mess. Sale cancelled, refund received. Ah well. Next time.

Here's a local guy (OK, local to me!) who always has a LOT of great-looking seats...

Here's a link that will show you a bunch of ads from the same guy:

Brand new leather seats, and for pretty close to junkyard pricing (not sure what shipping would cost, of course).

John,

Could it be that they sold them to someone local for more and made up the story?

I would insist on photos of the moldy seats.

Regards,
Rob M.

my first thought too, Robert, but they did indeed send a half-dozen pictures that were clearly the same-but-moldier seats mounted in the same side-swiped red honda van.

thanks -

John

Thanks Mark - my Dad lives in AZ so maybe I could talk him into picking some up for me - I will check 'em out.
