Jared, could be lots of different things, but likely something related to
axles, cv joints, boots, or front brake rotors or wheel bearings. Lastly
might be transmission drive chain dragging on the cover. Sprocket is held
by a clip that sometimes will fail allowing assy to rub on cover. Use an
assistant with good ears, drive the coach with the engine cover open and
you likely will pinpoint the noise. Do not rule out dragging rear brakes
either.

Woops,"rubbing or grinding". I did not pay attention. Shoot, that could be a lot of things but must have to do with the wheels rotating. Wheel bearing comes to mind, as mentioned above.
