I presume you are referring to an absorption refrigerator that uses LP gas or electricity. If you had it running while it was off level this is not good as they can plug up internally. I have not had this problem so I will not pass on second hand information but there will be others who can address the problem.

You most likely will need a new refer or a reconditioned cooling unit ( the whole internals). If you are lucky you might try taking the refer out of the cabinet and laying it on its left side then upside down and tapping on the pipes. Sometimes that works but usually it is short lived.

Where are you located? Your location may provide some direction on how to correct/repair this problem. I.E. - if you are in northern Indiana there is a good repair shop near you. If you are in the outer boondocks the solution will be different.
