Don't live in Galveston anymore, but I was born and raised there.

I would advise you to look at locations on the Mainland, say in Texas City or La Marque. Both of these locations are about 15 miles from Galveston proper.

There should be several locations available for a short term storage.

I was in Galveston last May for a class reunion and the reunion organizers had to hire 2 Sheriff's deputies to work security for the location which was very close to the cruise ship terminals.

Some reunion folks went down to the restaurants on the waterfront and came back to find their cars had been broken into.

Forewarned is forearmed.

Dwayne,

I just checked the Black List and the GMCMI Roster and I don't see anyone that lives down in Galveston with a GMC.

If you like you could leave your GMC where John Sharpe and I store our GMC's and take a limo to the cruise ship from Bush
International Airport. I will take you over to Bush International Airport (IAH).

http://galvestonlimousineservice.com/iah.html

You can take the limo back to IAH and I'll pick you up.

Regards,
Rob M.
